Absolutely. Many people begin Pilates during pregnancy. We recommend starting with Prenatal Pilates and/or a private session so we can tailor movements to your trimester, comfort, and energy level.
We strongly recommend getting clearance from your OB, midwife, or primary care provider before starting or changing your exercise routine in pregnancy.
Most people return between 6–12 weeks postpartum, once they’ve been cleared by their healthcare provider, but everybody and every birth is different. We suggest easing in with gentle, postpartum‑focused movement, private sessions, or beginner‑friendly classes before progressing to more challenging formats.
