SOLO

What to Expect:

  • A full-body assessment during your first session

  • Customized programming based on your needs, goals, and physical condition

  • Access to specialized Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair, and more)

DUET

Ideal For:

  • Friends or couples wanting to move and stay accountable together

  • Clients with similar goals or fitness levels

  • A more personalized approach than group classes, at a lower price than private sessions

  • Pre/postpartum pairs, rehab partners, or just two people who love to move together                                                                                                                             You’ll still get the tailored programming and expert guidance of a private session—but you’ll share the energy, encouragement, and accountability that comes from working out with a partner.

TRIO

Ideal For:

  • Small groups of friends or family who want to train together

  • Clients looking for more attention than a group class, but more affordability than private or duo sessions

  • Individuals comfortable working at their own pace alongside others

  • Those with similar experience levels or goals                                                                                                                            Pilates Trio sessions bring together three clients for a dynamic, semi-private experience. It’s an energizing and cost-effective way to enjoy high-quality, equipment-based Pilates—together.
