Reformer // Happy Hour $25/drop-in

PROGRESSIVE
Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining precision and control. Expect more load and longer sequences.

ADVANCED
This class is designed for experienced movers who are injury-free and comfortable with weight-bearing through knees, shoulders and wrists. Not appropriate for injuries, pregnant or newly postpartum bodies.

Reformer // All Levels
All Levels Our signature Reformer class strengthens and tones the entire body. By fusing the methods and teachings of the classical Pilates method with unique, focused training techniques, this open-level class will define your core, sculpt your muscles, and improve posture, flexibility, and mind-body connection. This class teaches a deep level of intricate muscle toning that establishes the foundation for your everyday health and fitness. Reformer // Fundamentals
Level 0-1 Reformer 101! This is an ESSENTIALS Reformer class that will teach you the foundations of Pilates on the Reformer. This class is also for you if you’re working with limitations (old injury, postpartum, Osteoporosis, Arthritis) or just want to hone in on the basics again.
Reformer + Chair + Tower // Method Mix
Level 1-3 One complete practice. Experience the full spectrum of Pilates in this all-levels class that blends three powerful apparatuses into one seamless session. Each apparatus, each movement — chosen with intention: Reformer for dynamic, resistance-based movement and flow Chair for focused, upright strength and stability work Tower for deep core activation, flexibility, and spinal mobility You'll move through each station with purpose, building balanced strength, body awareness, and control. THE METHOD MIX is designed to challenge your entire body while honouring your alignment and breath. Some experience is recommended.
Reformer // Functional Strength
Level 2-3 A full-body circuit for real-world strength. This dynamic Intermediate Reformer class blends the precision of Pilates with the power of functional strength training. Move circuit-style, using the Reformer and complementary props to build muscular endurance, balance, core stability, and mobility. Expect lunges, squats, rotation, and controlled resistance-based movement patterns designed to enhance how you move in daily life - whether you're chasing kids, hitting the trails, or just wanting to feel stronger and more aligned.

Level 1-3 This all-levels Pilates class blends feel-good movement with core strength, mobility, and mindful breath—served with a side of good vibes. Expect a playful mix on the Reformer, with small props, energizing flows, and just the right amount of challenge. Whether you’re a Pilates regular or just popping in for a quick pick-me-up, this class will leave you feeling stronger, more centered, and ready for whatever’s next. No hangover—just happy muscles.

Mat // Classical Flow
Level 1-2 A Classical Pilates Flow class focuses on the foundational principles of Pilates while emphasizing fluid, controlled movements that build strength, flexibility, and coordination. Set to a steady pace, this class follows the original teachings of Joseph Pilates, incorporating a series of classical exercises designed to challenge both your body and mind. The flow of movements encourages seamless transitions between exercises, improving posture, core stability, and body awareness. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this class will help you develop a deeper connection to your body while enhancing your overall fitness and well-being. Expect to move, breathe, and feel the burn.
Mat + Tower + Barrels // Restore Your Spine
Level 1-2 In this class, we'll combine your favourite Tower exercises with the Barrel's ability to restore the natural curve of the spine. The Barrel is ideal for opening the chest and allows the spine to move through a greater range of motion than on the mat or other equipment. This class is designed to move your spine in all planes of movement, the way it is meant to move. It will make you feel all the feels, and you will leave invigorated. Prenatal clients welcome!
Mat + Tower // Full Body
Level 1-2 A class for people with some level of experience with Pilates and who are familiar with the equipment. With the integration of the spring resistance and tower, you will challenge your powerhouse and move your whole body. Similar to the Reformer, it will give you a full-body workout through resistance. The powerful combination of mat and tower springs will challenge your body and help you explore new levels of self-awareness and power from within.
Mat // Full Body Power Hour
Level 2-3 Ignite your core and elevate your energy in this full-body mat Pilates class. The Power Hour blends classical Pilates principles with dynamic, flowing sequences designed to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance posture. Expect a focused, challenging workout using just your bodyweight—perfect for sculpting lean muscles, boosting stamina, and leaving you feeling centered and strong. All levels welcome; modifications provided. GET READY TO MOVE!
Prenatal Pilates
All Levels Support your body with our gentle yet empowering Prenatal Pilates class, designed specifically for expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy. This all-levels class focuses on safe, trimester-appropriate movements that strengthen the core, improve posture, enhance pelvic floor awareness, and promote relaxation - all essential tools for a more comfortable pregnancy, labor, and recovery. Modifications are offered throughout to ensure a safe and supportive experience, whether you're in your first, second, or third trimester. No previous Pilates experience is necessary. Just bring a water bottle and your beautiful growing belly. Benefits include: Improved core and pelvic floor strength Reduced lower back and joint discomfort Increased energy and circulation Better posture and body awareness Stress relief and connection with baby Come as you are - feel strong, supported, and empowered through every stage of your pregnancy.
Reformer // Advanced Control
Level 3+ This class requires a thorough understanding of the Intermediate + Advanced repertoire. This is a blend of classical reformer exercises and more advanced moves, creating a high-energy class that typically moves at a fast pace, with quick transitions between exercises without compromising the fundamentals of Pilates. Sometimes we'll add some Cardio Jump sequences to add to the fun! Note: 10 CLASS MINIMUM AND INSTRUCTOR PERMISSION REQUIRED.
