The studio follows the Ontario government guidelines. Masks are not required within the studio, but recommended. The choice is yours. We acknowledge that everyone feels differently about this. If it brings you ease during your time at the studio, please feel free to wear your mask. We kindly ask to respect each other's choices, as we are navigating these waters. If you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms or have had contact with anyone that is experiencing symptoms, please stay home. Email us to re-book your session. Please wash and disinfect your hands prior to entering the studio. We are currently limiting the number of clients and staff in the space and equipment is arranged to ensure the proper physical distancing. We will be thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the equipment after each use. Please bring your own towel and water bottle
  • Can I cancel a class?
Please cancel your group class 12 hours before the start time and your private session 24 hours before. All late cancels and no-shows will be charged the full rate of the class.
  • When should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time to set up your Reformer or Mat. No late arrivals please, as this will interrupt the class and you will miss your warm-up.
  • What should I wear?
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable, and that you can move around in. A comfortable shirt and pants/shorts are your best bet. Socks are not necessary, and shoes are not worn in the studio.
  • Do I need my own mat?
    No, we have you covered!
  • Do I need to bring anything else for class?
We recommend a water bottle to hydrate during class.
  • Do you have changing rooms?
Yes, we have two large bathrooms/changing rooms.
  • How do I pay?
You can purchase your class online before you arrive, by credit card or advanced e-transfer. We do not currently accept debit.
  • Do you sell gift cards?
We DO! You can buy them from our MindBody website, or you can contact us at
  • Do I have to sign-up for a class online/Pre-register for a class?
Yes, signing up in advance allows the instructor the ability to set the class up for you and it also ensures that you have a spot in class and you don’t get put on the waitlist, as select classes tend to get pretty full.
