Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable, and that you can move around in. A comfortable shirt and pants/shorts are your best bet. Sticky socks are recommended, but not necessary. Please no shoes in the studio.

We recommend a water bottle to hydrate during class.

For the safety, hygiene, and comfort of all clients, grip socks are required for all Pilates sessions. Grip socks can be purchased in the studio before your class.

Yes, we have a large bathroom/changing room.

Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time to set up your Reformer or Mat. No late arrivals please, as this will interrupt the class and you will miss your warm-up.
