What is your cancellation policy?All group classes or Private sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy. All late cancels and no-shows will be charged the full rate of the class.

When should I arrive?Please arrive 10 minutes before class start time to set up your Reformer or Mat. No late arrivals please, as this will interrupt the class and you will miss your warm-up.

Do I need my own mat?No, we have you covered!

Do I need to bring anything else for class?We recommend a water bottle to hydrate during class.

What should I wear?Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable, and that you can move around in. A comfortable shirt and pants/shorts are your best bet. Sticky socks are recommended, but not necessary. Please no shoes in the studio.

Do you have changing rooms?Yes, we have a large bathroom/changing room.

How do I pay?Please purchase your class online through our booking system/ Mindbody App, before you arrive. We do not currently accept debit.

Do you sell gift cards?We DO! You can buy them from our MindBody website, or you can contact us at hello@westdalepilates.com

Do I have to sign-up for a class online/Pre-register for a class?Yes, signing up in advance allows the instructor the ability to set the class up for you and it also ensures that you have a spot in class and you don’t get put on the waitlist, as select classes tend to get pretty full.

What is your waitlist policy?If a class is fully booked, you can opt to join the waitlist. As soon as a spot becomes available, you will be notified by email. We ask you to manage your waitlist bookings. Our waitlists move and you can get in up to 1 hour before class start time. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you changed your mind or cannot make it anymore, as your account will be charged if you don't show.
