Hi, I’m Karina.
Studio Owner
My practice focuses on purposeful, intelligent movement to support strength, alignment, and recovery. I have extensive experience working with clients recovering from hip and knee replacements, spinal injuries, herniated discs, and chronic conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, and Scoliosis.
Fully certified STOTT PILATES® instructor with comprehensive training in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels.
Injury & Special Populations cert.
Pelvic Floor Health
Certified in Prenatal/Postpartum health

With a strong foundation in biomechanics and client education, I am committed to helping each individual move safely and effectively—whether they are managing pain, rebuilding after injury, or looking to deepen their Pilates practice.
My sessions are both supportive and challenging.I take a hands-on, personalized approach to help you better understand your movement patterns, so you can feel more connected, empowered, and at home in your body.

What makes you happy?Outdoor adventure with my family, travelling, spending time with my young horse.
