    WESTDALE PILATES X THE COVE THERAPY

    Come move with us outdoors! This all-levels Pilates class is a chance to enjoy fresh air, feel good in your body, and connect with our community. Afterwards, stay for a coffee and a chat.
    All donations will support the Hamilton Dream Centre.
