Westdale Pilates is about showing yourself love and compassion. All ages, genders and levels of fitness will enjoy the amazing benefits of movement at our studio. Through movement, we empower people to get more acquainted with their bodies and, in doing so, help them to feel confident in their own skin.

All our classes cater to individual needs and every client will receive personalized attention.

I believe in the immense benefits of Pilates and I am  passionate about educating my clients. Once you pay attention to your alignment and posture you can really make a change. There is nothing more rewarding to see a client walk out with a smile on their face, without aches and pains. Movement heals!

​

As a fully STOTT PILATES certified instructor, I rehabilitate clients with hip and knee replacements, shoulder injuries, numerous musculo-skeletal injuries, including herniated/bulged discs.  I train clients with MS, Fibromyalgia, Oesteoporosis

and Scoliosis.

​

I would love to help you on this movement journey and hope you find the class a happy, inclusive, positive and  body-changing place to be!

What does Pilates mean to you? The foundation of exercise & movement - movement heals!

 

Favourite music to play in class? CHILL OUT with Electronic Vibes, GET A SWEAT ON with some 90's dance tunes

 

What makes you happy? Outdoor adventure with my family, travelling, riding horses

 

Favourite food? Couldn't live without chocolate!

What does Pilates mean to you? It heals my mind & body to connect everything together in harmony . It calms down my thoughts and allow me to focus on my full inner strength, building awareness of movements. My brain establish a communication with my muscles to follow a certain sequence of movement in a steady controlled pace. I feel powerful. 

 

What makes you happy? Seeing my clients improving and achieving their goals. Educate my clients about posture alignment and the effects of a poor deviated posture.

 

Favourite food? Mediterranean and Italian.

What does Pilates mean to you? A longer healthier life that can be pain free. Pilates gives mobility which in turn makes you feel better and makes you forget about the ageing process. 

​

Favourite music to play in class? Pilates lounge for regular classes and something a bit more upbeat for dynamic or jump with or w/o lyrics.

 

What makes you happy? Spending time with my husband and our cat Clarke. Hikes, shopping, cars, personal pilates practice, teaching and making others feel good. 

 

Favourite food? Chicken wings, ribs, sushi, tacos...I could be here all day...
