All ages, genders and levels of fitness will enjoy the amazing benefits of authentic Pilates movement at our studio. Through movement, we empower people to get more acquainted with their bodies and, in doing so, help them to feel confident in their own skin.

My practice focuses on purposeful, intelligent movement to support strength, alignment, and recovery. I have extensive experience working with clients recovering from hip and knee replacements, spinal injuries, herniated discs, and chronic conditions including Multiple Sclerosis, Fibromyalgia, Osteoporosis, and Scoliosis.

With a strong foundation in biomechanics and client education, I am committed to helping each individual move safely and effectively—whether they are managing pain, rebuilding after injury, or looking to deepen their Pilates practice.

At Westdale Pilates, my sessions are both supportive and challenging, rooted in the belief that movement is a powerful tool for healing, strength, and long-term well-being.
What does Pilates mean to you? The foundation of exercise & movement - movement heals!
Favourite music to play in class? CHILL OUT with Electronic Vibes, GET A SWEAT ON with some 90's dance tunes + instrumental Hip Hop.
What makes you happy? Outdoor adventure with my family, travelling, spending time with my young horse.
