Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern your relationship with Westdale Pilates (“Westdale Pilates”, “our”, “us”, “we”) including your use of Westdale Pilates website, located at http://www.westdalepilates.com (the “Site”), your booking and purchase of classes, your communication with Westdale Pilates, and your use of our services online and in our studio. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Westdale Pilates website or services. 2829637 Ontario Inc. (“us”, “we” or “our”) operates the Westdale Pilates website and the Westdale Pilates mobile application (the “service”).
In order to access some features on the Westdale Pilates website, such as booking/purchasing classes, you will have to create an account. We require accurate and complete information. You must never use another person’s account without permission. Please do not share your account information with anyone. You must keep your account password secure, as you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
Prices for individual classes and series of classes are subject to change. However, we will honour any classes or series of classes that you have purchased prior to any increase since your purchase. All classes must be prepaid, using our online system and can be purchased using Visa, MasterCard or Debit. All sales of sessions and packages are final sale and are non-refundable.
Our online booking allows you, the customer, to sign up for the classes you love, at the times most convenient for you! Our system allows you to book classes up to three months in advance, allowing you to be in charge of building the schedule of your dreams.
All series packages of 10 expire after 4 months, 20 after 6 months. Packages are able to be put on hold due to vacations and/or extended illness.
With this package, you are able to attend any group classes that we offer in the studio. If you sign up for a class, and aren’t able to make it, we ask that you please cancel before the 6 hour cancellation window. If you don’t, or you are a “no show”, this will be considered a “late cancel”, and the card on file for you will be charged the class fee.
You must cancel class 24 hours in advance for any Private/Solo appointments and 6 hours in advance for any group classes. Failure to cancel in that time frame, or not showing up for your class, will result in the deduction of that class. If you are feeling unwell, or exhibiting any symptoms of Covid-19, including cough, sore throat, diarrhea, aches and pains, fever, shortness of breath, please cancel your scheduled class immediately. There will be no additional charge. You may cancel classes through our online system. Please arrive on time for your class.
Your personal belongings may be brought with you to your designated spot when you come to class. Westdale Pilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you are present in our studio. You assume all risk of loss for any personal belongings that you bring.
Westdale Pilates may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions, and make changes to our Site, including changes in the instructor or the schedule. By using the Site, you agree to such revisions. Please visit this page for the most up to date information in order to be notified of any such changes. In using this Site, you assume all risk associated with viruses, worms, or any other damaging items.
