All classes offer modifications and options you can take as you grow in your practice. As with everything new, there will be an adjustment period, but over time you will learn how to move mindfully and move at your own pace.
If you experience chronic back pain, painful joints or have a medical condition, we recommend you send us an email before you start and we can guide you in the right direction.

FOUNDATIONAL
Perfect for those new to Pilates or returning after time away.

ALL LEVELS
This class is designed to meet you where you're at, with thoughtful variations offered for beginners through advanced movers.

PROGRESSIVE
Designed to build strength, stability, and endurance while maintaining precision and control. Expect more load and longer sequences.

ADVANCED
This class is designed for experienced movers, who are injury-free and comfortable weight-bearing through knees, shoulders and wrists. Not appropriate for prenatal or newly postpartum bodies.

Support your body and your baby with our gentle yet empowering Prenatal Pilates class, designed specifically for expecting mothers at any stage of pregnancy. This all-levels class focuses on safe, trimester-appropriate movements that strengthen the core, improve posture, enhance pelvic floor awareness, and promote relaxation.
